Even with the best cleaning and maintenance plan the tennis court surface paint and tennis court coating wear down with time and use.

Tarmacadam tennis courts require painting every 4-6 years as this will help in various ways. Not only will repainting help your tennis court look fantastic and encourage play but also and more importantly it will help to keep you safe.
All the grip that you receive from the surface comes from the non-slip properties of the tennis court paint. Worn-out playing surfaces lose their grip and become slippery over time, increasing the risk of injury.

Safe, long-lasting tennis courts that look great

Painting a tennis court requires specialist equipment and it is essential that you use the right machines, materials and people for the job. Based in Stamford, Lincolnshire, the team at Clean Courts has decades of experience repainting and colour coating tennis courts across the UK.

We use only the finest materials and best equipment on the market to ensure that your court looks great, lasts as long as possible and is as safe as it can be. The paint that we use is non-slip, algae and fungi resistant and is designed specifically for tennis courts and outdoor sports surfaces.

There is a wide range of tennis court surface paint colours available, from the classic greens and reds to the more modern blues and purple. More colours can be arranged to suit your specific needs. Whether you’re a private owner or run a community or school tennis court, we’re here to help.

When it comes to painting tennis courts and sports surfaces more is not better.
Over-painting will have a negative effect leaving your court slippery and it will impact the porosity and drainage of the surface which can lead to further damage.

All our courts are painted using an airless spraying method, giving two even coats all over without affecting the drainage in any way. For superior, reliable, and cost-effective tennis court coating and repainting services in and around Lincolnshire & Leicestershire, contact us today.

The Tennis Court Painting Process In Short:

Once the surface is clean, Clean Courts applies two coats of the finest tennis court paint leaving adequate time between coats. Once the surface is dry, the tennis court is marked-out and standard two-inch lines are applied by using specialist line marking equipment.

Court binder:

Resin binder is a transparent glue that is applied before colour coating. It is sprayed on and sits on top of the surface and gets in between the tarmac and helps prevent the court from breaking up in the future. It is also porous and has no effect on drainage.
